Why lemonade?
Throughout this blog, we will ask and try to answer as many questions so it begins immediately with the first question about the creation of this project: why the lemonade?
Lemonade is a very simple product : lemon juice , sugar and water . We study the French market lemonade , so it should be noted, in this country it is sparkling water !
In 2010, with an average consumption of 60 liters per capita per year , the French are among the smaller European consumers of soft drinks (no alcohol ) which themselves include only 8% of lemonade.
Despite a very simple product, apparently difficult to differentiate, and a niche market, there is a tough competition in the market for lemonade France. Sprite, 7up, Lorina, Carrefour, ... So the marketing challenges on this product have a very high importance.
